On a non-PT (passive european??) site 4bets probably only get called/raised by KK and AA, unless you got a very aggressive preflop image.

Calling is clearly best.

instacall so it looks like a misclick......I hate calling here because you're basically saying "I have JJ/QQ" so button can play perfectly against you. I probably just 4bet and call a shove vs a 25/20. But whenever there is opportunity for a fake misclick jump on it.
