3-6NL you're clearly outclassed, not even the worst luck can cause variance of losing 29BB/100. But the 16BB/100 loss rate at 10-20NL might be due to a streak of bad luck, so you should give that another shot.

When I try to 'work' a full ring game it usually involves me being caught bluffing multiple times
