If Spiderman 1,2,and 3 were crap Spiderman 4 also has a good chance of being crap. Not necessarily so, but I would put money on it. Aside from that, the main point of the post was to poke fun of Mr. Moore and the lickspittle morons that lap up his spew, not as a full critique of Moore’s recent movie (see my second post in this thread). That and I mentioned the undisputed fact (gleaned from reviews and media information) that Mr. Moore drags 9/11 rescue workers to Cuba to receive medical care, an obvious stunt done to promote his agenda with the twist of a knife and a wink of the eye to his audience. Not a bad bit of propaganda.

On the heels of Michael Moore's Sicko, Obama offers a plan for Universal Health Care:

Universal Health Care Plan

Obama will unveil this plan today in Iowa City. It essentially is this - "Under Obama's proposal, everyone would be able to obtain health insurance, and the Illinois senator would create a National Health Insurance Exchange to monitor insurance companies in offering the coverage. In essence, Obama's plan retains the private insurance system but injects additional money into the system to pay for the expanded coverage."

And also this: "In all, Obama said, the typical consumer would save $2,500 a year."



Details are not given. But on the surface this reeks of just another layer of administrative paperwork to supposedly save money and bring in universal health care for all. Pardon me if I remain skeptical of this proposal.

Actually all the population gets to use "them". Many things may be [censored] in Cuba but the level of health care provided to the average Joe isnt one of them.

I used to think Roger and Me was pretty good and MM just went bad with all the success.

However, a funny twist in Mr. Moore's past was discovered in Manufacturing Dissent ( I am told ). It turns out Roger Smith actually gave a pretty extensive interview to him but they edited that out of Roger and Me. The whole point of the movie was MM supposedly unable to get close to Smith.

So evil from the start it seems.
