I attempted a withdrawal on May 9. Somwthing went wrong with it. When I realized something went wrong, I called customer service yesterday. Today the money was back in my account. I seem to have iniated a successful withdrawal today. Impressive customer service if you ask me.

Has anyone had a problem where it says a transaction to a poker site is complete but the money isn't showing up in the site? This is happening to be with UB, trying to figure out if it's UB's fault or epass.

Is there any way to link a second bank account to EPass? My local bank that I use at school was convenient when I was there, but now I have to pay a $2 ATM fee on top of all the other fees to withdraw cash, whereas if I could just ship money to my home bank it'd be so much easier.
