I generally prefer a check on the turn. The majority or his range is 99-QQ, which will rarely call a turn bet but will likely call a v-bet on the river. This may also induce him to bluff the river if he was floating the flop.

However, I agree that if you will sometimes double barrel here without the A you do sometimes have to bet the turn with it. I would probably check approx 70% and bet 30%.

When you do bet though you need to make the same size bet you would if you were DBing, so I prefer a 2/3 or 3/4 pot sized bet. Betting pot here reduces the chance he will try to bluff representing the A, or call down with 99-QQ if he thinks you are DBing.

As played, I would always call.
