Heh, ended up being a huge beat. I see that the Mets won on a walk-off walk, I'll take it.

Burgos is coming back up to the majors. And I just saw on yahoo that they penciled in Vargas for the start and on NYMets.com they still said TBA. Wondering if anyone has heard about that mysterious Thursday start.

They haven't officially brought Vargas up, but they did hold him out of his start on Sunday in AAA. So it looks like he is going to be the guy for Thursday. By Thursday we should also know if Alou will be Dl'd or not.
