1/2 pot or c/f is fine IMO. I am thinking c/f is a little better v likely, unless this tardard is calling with 77 etc pf...then a bet is a little better IMO.

eh, I just c/f here most of the time until I've seen him play some. Some shorties love to push scary cards/flops...and some love to just call PF/fold their stack away.

i kinda need a read on the shortie. if he has like 30+VPIP im probably betting and calling a shove. if he has a tighter range id probably c/f.
against an unknown shortie i just basically give up on the flop unless he shows weakness. |

Wow, that's a tough spot. You are pretty much creamed by any reasonable 3-bet-calling range, but we're readless so maybe that's to much to assume.
I hate bet/folding because I never believe a shorty when he pushes and would probably call anyways. How about check/fold the flop, and bet the turn if he checks? I guess we shouldn't be 3-betting shorties light because of this kind of dilemma. |

I like betting 2/3pot and folding to a raise, or giving up much better then c/folding.
though you're never getting called by worse hands, you have the best hand here a fair share of the time, and not betting pretty much forfeits all of those times. |

i think there are many worse hands/draws that can shove over our bet on this flop. this is why betting puts us in such a chitay spot. even if we do get it in on the flop and we are ahead, villain is usually drawing pretty live.
for this reason id like a read on the shortie, otherwise im playing this very cautious if he is an unknown. |

I have no idea what to do on the flop and this is why I wouldn't 3bet it preflop.
