Epass is saying some other customers are having issues as well. Is anyone able to withdraw stuff via ACH right now successfully? Anyone else having this issues? I just tried an ach withdrawal today and after about 10 seconds of processing, it said "failure" and said to contact CS. Tried 3 times and it did the same thing everytime. Did 2 of them last week and they went through fine. GRRRR

Got through this morning to the CS number is about 12 minutes. He put me on hold a hwile to look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I got the dreaded ticket sent to the technical department. VERY frustrating. Anybody else having trouble/success withdrawing to your checking?

Dang. Still waiting for my Epass visa card to arrive. Wonder if I would be able to withdraw that way. Not a lot of faith in Epass CS getting this fixed - think it may be faster to redeposit into FT and withdraw by check
