I am having issues doing ACH withdrawals to my checking account. They are timing out and giving an "error please contact customer support." Epass is saying some other customers are having issues as well. Is anyone able to withdraw stuff via ACH right now successfully? Anyone else having this issues?

I've never had this problem before and every withdrawal has hit my checking account in the past without a problem.

Also, FWIW, I am still able to deposit funds from epass to a poker site successfully.

yea im having the same problem. i dont want to call the customer service because the last time i called i was on hold for 20 minutes. did they tell you what was wrong?

They opened a ticket, but quite frankly, they seemed to have no idea what's wrong. I'm assuming everyone isn't having the issue given the lack of responses in this thread. As of this morning I am still having this issue too.

I just tried an ach withdrawal today and after about 10 seconds of processing, it said "failure" and said to contact CS. Tried 3 times and it did the same thing everytime. Did 2 of them last week and they went through fine. GRRRR

Got through this morning to the CS number is about 12 minutes. He put me on hold a hwile to look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I got the dreaded ticket sent to the technical department. VERY frustrating. Anybody else having trouble/success withdrawing to your checking?

It came up as "FAILURE" this morning and yesterday it just gave me a normal error message.

Dang. Still waiting for my Epass visa card to arrive. Wonder if I would be able to withdraw that way. Not a lot of faith in Epass CS getting this fixed - think it may be faster to redeposit into FT and withdraw by check
