It would be interesting if being caught cheating online had brick and mortar ramifications. I am sure that if someone were caught hiding tourney chips in his pocket, for future (higher buyin) WSOP tourneys they might find themselves banned from future WPT or WSOP tourneys. Should htere be ramifications beyond those already enforced? (assuming that his is guilty as outlined in OP). T [/ QUOTE ] I feel fairly certain that Harrah's will ban them if they can get cooperation from the sites. On an unrelated note, Larry Flynt got a lifetime ban from the WSOP when he attempted to get someone to lose to him on purpose at the final table when it got heads-up. I know a lot of the Harrah's people, and my gut feeling is that known cheats from online will get lifetime bans from Harrah's properties (which, of course, includes all WSOP events). |

Saying that Zee is going to get a lifetime ban from the WSOP is probably getting a little ahead of things...

Agreed, it has been confirmed by a credible source but not proven....that's why I used the term "cheats" instead of the specific names....so don't be confused just because the header on the thread is about ZJ. |

Did anyone who played in the tourney JJ won get their money back?
If so, I could have a fair chunck of change headed my way from ZJ's accounts. |

[/ QUOTE ] Everyone who finished ITM in the tx that JJ won was moved up 1 place and payed the difference. Since there hasn't been mention of any specific tournaments regarding ZJ, I have no idea what might happen. BTW Shove.. do you have your chat turned off on Party? |

i would be interested in an honest answer from these guys what they do when they get on the same table with the same accounts?
It is also VERY DISTURBING that guys can be cheating ring games from their bedroom, not even using another person. I am going to just start emailing party poker EVERY SINGLE DAY with a generic list of players that I play with often that "I suspect" of multi-accounting. If anything comes from it great, if not, who cares? |

[/ QUOTE ] With the same IP number when you try to sit twice in a ring game you get an error message. I know this because of playing in bahamas events were tons of kids are playing online at party games not because of cheating. I can't imagine the same not happening for tournaments. I must be missing something. |
