I beleive this tourny has been going on for a few months now, does anybody know the amount of players it usually gets?

550+ is what I hear most weekends as the reported number (usually its still up on the whiteboard Saturday when I get in)

I played in it last friday afternoon and they had 450 people
6000 in chips is a good starting amount
i was card dead and only won acouple of hands and i still lasted about 3-4 hours

I was there two weeks ago and it had 360 entries.
I busted at the end of the second level KK vs. AA.
Will probably be there again this week.

I know this has been asked before, but by way of update: what is the registration line like? When is the latest one can arrive an be registered and seated (not as an alternate) by the 12 noon start time?

Any ideas as to why this event is the 20th and not the 27th (during Memorial Day weekend)?

I played in this today and it had 390 entrants.

Also, it seems that they have improved the registration process by having two people man each window, with one person person taking your card/printing the forms and another person taking money and having you sign the forms. There's still a line, but it was much shorter than in the past.

Highest I seen was around 550, but haven't played this tourney in a couple months. From what I hear, it's still going strong though. If you like single addon tournaments, play their dailies. They even added gaurantees to their Wed. ones. 10k for the morning and 15k for the evening. I was there a couple days ago and the morning tournament tripled the gaurantee w/ a total prizepool of 32k and 385 entrants.
