up to the river checkraise, what kind of hand are you putting him on?

To me it seems he realizes I'm not folding and he has a showdownable hand/bluff catcher and he has the discipline to not blindly bet the river.

He can c-r the turn w/ a middle pocket pair (unlikely due to pf action though) or Ax or 7x, and change his mind about my holding after my turn call.
