[/ QUOTE ] not the best obv, but not retarded given villain is a little over agro [/ QUOTE ] I run about 25/22 and in Villain's shoes I am rarely betting 3-way really dry flops with air, unless I am playing against 2 very weak villains. Given that hero here is tight, and Villain probably knows this, I think it's a terrible spot to float and Villain's betting range usually crushes 77. |

yeah in retrospect i agree with the turn bet... i think i am vastly overestimating the times i get raised off my draw.
bilbo - i didn't even consider folding the flop. if you don't c-bet dry q-high boards what flops do you bet on?? those are the absolute best flops to cbet on! with position and future leverage on scarecards and what could well be the best hand already, i don't think you should be folding for just 1 bet. hes raising too often utg and c-betting too often; i am going to punish him dearly for that. also, nowhere has it been said that i am tight. ive coldcalled a couple of his raises otb |

I don't like this float much at all, given he raised UTG and bet the flop, etc. Even when he has stuff like overcards he has a lot of outs. If I did call though, I would bet the turn. |

Um should you be more likely to bet 3 way with air on dry flops with one high card than wet ones? At least thats what aba20 says in his videos and it makes sense to me because it is hard for anyone to connect to the flop

i probably wouldnt bet like QJ on the turn. he might c/r allin with a lot of stuff that i may or may not have beat. (pair+straight, maybe as low as KQ, def. AQ). i thought if i wanted to rep a decent queen it would be better to make a "pot control" turn check and then a valueish river bet. plus i get to see if he bets the river, which he'd probably do with a good hand [/ QUOTE ] Im not sure you can expect this opponent to be thinking like that if you describe him like this: "opp has been 28/22, doesn't seem to open any less from earlier positions than from elsewhere." |
