Haliburton is sponsoring all the pseudo-scientific research that has proven global warming in order to generate enough sky-is-falling hysteria so that a global carbon-trading scheme is established by the UN. Haliburton will then become the global carbon bank, generating enough goodwill to be able to trade tax free worldwide in the name of saving the planet. All governments will eventually owe so much to Haliburton, due to purchasing carbon credits to allow their countries to operate, that the world will be effectively owned and run by the corporation.
