There is a setting at the start of the AHK file, "fix_blinds := 1" set this to zero, and raises from the SB / BB will be proportionally smaller than from other positions. You should aslo have the "ssnl" modifier removed from the hotkeys, but I guess you done this already if you are getting 3.5x raises [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] dave.
