I thought it was pretty obvious that Ben was lying to Juliette about her sisters cancer coming back. He needed to blackmail her in order for her to stay remember? this is was Ben does. Her sister's cancer was prolly always gone, like it was when Juliette left.
I think that Desmonds g/f and her people will be the way the show ends IMO, i mean, they have a submarine themselves.
What about the way Juliette grabbed that gas mask when she was done talkin to Ben? Her facial expression and the way she yanked the mask off the table kinda threw me off.

i think the creators are really trying to show how torn she is. both by the way she reacted to ben when he brought up Jack...and the mask.

Juliette is going to obv have to make a choice somewhere along the line this season...Ben or Jack
