If you think he's loose enough to pre-flop raise w/A-Qs or A-10s from UTG, looks like a good call to me...if not, you're beat or splitting, and hence should fold. IMO.

That's not really the point.
With ~1/3 of your stack in the pot, you only need to be good only once every 2.5-3 times.
And the fact that it's Party Poker definitely makes a difference.
People are whack, and AJ is definitely in his range as well as air.
