I wonder if he would have the balls to say that to Johnny Chan.

Matusow is a prick.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why would he say it Johnny Chan? He just won his tenth bracelet and doesn't act like a punk.

Warn me next time Phil Hellmuth is playing $4k-$8k

[/ QUOTE ]

And i'm sure Matusow plays that high too right?

Hellmuth hasn't needed backing since 2003.

What about Matusow? Oh yea.....

[/ QUOTE ]

You weren't comparing Matusow to Hellmuth, you were comparing Chan with Hellmuth.

From all that i've seen and read, it was Matusow and Dannemmen acting like punks.

Dannemmen's 'gifts' were about the lamest thing i've heard of. His mindless berating of Hellmuth only made himself to look like an ass, and Matusow's entire game plan was based around taunting and needling Hellmuth from before they even sat down at the final table.

Matusow was the one opening up this can of worms. When he is in fact the perpetually-backed degenerate gambler. Yet he taunts Hellmuth as if he is on another level. Maybe if was a regular in the big game or had something even close to Hellmuth's tourney accomplishments then his insults might have some merit. As it is, they (and he) are laughable.

there was one scene where Matusow looked at his cards, saw AA, then said raise in the Dark.

Is that legal? or is that considered cheating? and if caught, could he be disqualified?

[/ QUOTE ]

pretty sure it's not cheating. maybe just immoral.

Default Mike Matusow is the biggest ass in poker

Mike Matusow is probably the biggest [censored] in all of professional poker. His constant babble is totally annoying. Hellmuth show a lot of restraint considering the constant crap from the mouth.

Is it any wonder Matusow's life usually is floating around the top of the toilet bowl waiting to go down. He deserves every bad beat and ten times more.

I laugh every time they do a personal piece on the Mouth's troubles. He deserves every bit of it because he is a worthless human being in my book.

What was funny was the fact that Phil read him like a book most of the time. Just because you have the read that somebody is bluffing doesn't necessarily mean you call every bet, because there is always a chance that they are not bluffing.
