Ahhh lol, sorry. I imagine I did, yes. I wasn't on hold for more than a couple of minutes, though...I would've hung up if they kept me waiting too long. Good option if you really want an answer right away. They're not 24 hours, though, so you need to be calling early in the morning...only open UK business hours.

As to the messaging center, like I said, it took a couple of days, unfortunately.

Edit to add: Just checked the email they sent me, and it's from one of those "noreply" addresses. They ask me to go back on the messaging center if I have any further questions...damn!
