it takes complete degeneracy to order the chu/oh toro, aji, usuzukuri, for an all you can eat contest.

No. I'm wondering if the object of the competition is to:
a) eat the most in a given time period
b) eat the most in any time period but a given sitting
c) eat the widest variety of sushi regardless of size/quantity per item
d) eat at the most places during a given time period
e) etc.
f) etc.
g) etc.

You can't just say "it's a sushi eating competition" and expect that to suffice.
