Yes. I have the worst mailman in the world, so I've had to do it twice in the last month. No big deal (unless it's UB, because they charge $35 per check cancellation. Lame.)

Ugh i gotta do this too but full tilt wants me to send them my driver's license and all that stuff.

I sent them an email asking them what exactly they need because IIRC i can black out my driver's license number, etc. - is this correct? I would like to have the minimum amount of personal information transmitted electronically to gosh knows where.
