What? A bunch of atheletes appear in commercials out of uniform. Take Peyton Manning, for example. 6'5", 230 lbs. rocket, laser arm. Doesn't appear in a Colt uniform for his MasterCard commercials or Gatorade commercials. Neither did Brady for his mastercard commercial.

The Nike basketball and football commercials (the HS football game and the basketball in a hangar commercial, to name two) have no one in their uniform (probably because Reebok makes the official uniform of the NBA and NFL.) Lebron is never in his uniform in commercials.
