WSEX or Sportsbook.com?

Go with Matchbook. WSEX owns matchbook, so your funds are 100% safe, but at matchbook you'll be able to get better lines than at either WSEX or sportsbook.com. If you want to play no-rake poker at WSEX, I'm pretty sure (although not 100% positive) that you can transfer money from matchbook to WSEX. Sportsbook.com will have good dog lines on occasion, but on the whole you'll get better lines at matchbook, and you'll get them without the headache of wondering if you'll ever receive your cashouts, as sportsbook.com has had major problems with payouts lately.

EDIT: Also, 5dimes is a very good book too. They offer reduced juice on most sports, have a poker room, and are incredibly safe.
