I like your play, but you have to have some read to pull this. If it is one of the first time he does this, give him credit for top pair and move on. You don´t really have odds to draw to your 8 outs, you are oop and he is not going to pay off your two spade straight outs.

Your king is an out some of the time if you get called so you have decent equity, but I still would like to know what he raises the flop with before I think this is a good idea.
