[/ QUOTE ]I found out why he was mentioning sixes. He played a hand with John Juanda where he cr'd him on the turn, yet Juanda still called down with bottom pair, sixes, and it was good.

Kuroosh,

Do you normally accept pills from strangers?

Or just ones that take an interest in you after learning you might have money?

Wondering,

Calda

Yeah, that move dwarfs every other unwise thing Kurosh has told us about.

I am in shock about how dumb that is.

I am a very open and trusting person. It occurred to me, but meh, I decided she was honest. I also saw the prescription pill bottle and she took one herself. Adderall is prescribed a lot to people with ADD. Why does everyone think it's so bad to experiment once and see what it's like?

And no, 28 is not too old. My age range is 17, maybe a mature 16, up to a hot 40.

I was with my family most of today. I just played for about 2 hours and came up about 3k at 60/120. I tried to sit in the 100/200, but schneids bk and tongni were all at the table, so I left. I'm up 9kish total now.

I don't think there's anything wrong with experimentation with something you are reasonably well informed about, but the situation you described is anything but.

It is good to be a trusting person, but you really need to be more careful, particularly in casinos with strangers that suspect you have lots of cash on you. It sounds like you were fine this time, and you might be fine the majority of he time you do something like that, but it only takes once to get in some pretty bad trouble.

For instance, there is a class of girl called a "trick roller" that, up until the point where you didn't get robbed, is very consistent with the person you described. She's attractive and friendly, but doesn't seem like a prostitute. She gets really friendly at some point after she figures you're flush with cash. Maybe she lets you talk her into coming back to her hotel. She hands you a drink (you're probably already drunk so you think nothing of it), and before you even get to the sex you're out, and you wake up the next day less your cash. Or you both get really unlucky and you don't wake up. It's a good play on her part, since a most men don't want to go to the cops with the story for one reason or another.

Not every friendly girl is a trick roller, but it's not just a Hollywood stereotype, either. And there are plenty of other scumbags hanging around casinos with different angles. You don't have to be paranoid or cynical to protect yourself a little better.
