Well it's either a boat or some Tc9c. Would he play J9 this way? Probably not. Looks like a fold to me but don't think I could make it.

i assume preflop is not an issue. if it is, lossen your nitty ass belt and come along. on the flop, which line is best? AND WHY? what is plan for turn card with line you take? |

There is no line on the flop. You have a read of villain as a 'good/tight/solid' player. These are not the type that frequently donk weakly on a paired board into a preflop raiser. It looks like he's fishing for action, and got it. Flop's a fold. Given the read, river is also a fold - but I don't think I could make it.

ok. i agree 100%. this is what i said. but is their any justification to raising the flop?
making the monkey play he made, what would you do with that turn card and with the action that has taken place? edit: is folding to a 25% lead bet bad for meta here? can we justify calling/raising if not for anything else, atleast that? |
