perhaps. it was probably more out of context than anything else because i had been running so freaking good for this month and then BAM in one day there is a nasty downstreak that had nothing to do with the way i played the game.

[/ QUOTE ]

It is quite possible to drop a few buyins even when running good. And sometimes, there's nothing you can do about it. Even in this thread, there are some pretty sick downswings. I know it's not nice to think about it, since I'm guessing we both have bankrolls can't take that kind of crap. I know how you feel though. Sometimes I don't lose that much, but I'm like "This game is [censored] stupid." You know continuation bets don't work forcing you to nit it up and other incredibly random crap happens. I suppose it sucks at 5 nl though since a buyin is 250 bb. But I'm just warning you, since variance will hit everyone. So just focus on playing goot and posting hands for questions. ;P

P.S. when would you move up if things work out?

in a freaking heartbeat. my bankroll has topped out at 65 for the last 5 months. anytime i get near $65, "variance" comes in and takes it all.

twice on the same table against the SAME idiot. im tilting so hard that i had to quit right after this hand not to break something and autopush every hand.

Seriously? How many hands have you played? IMO, you're definitely good enough to crush these games for 10+ ptbb/100. Try not looking at the cashier for a week or two. It might help you break the curse.

1st hand: Pretty sick situation. 3-bet to .25, but yea that doesn't make that big of a difference.

2nd: c/c turn and river. One pair starts to suck there on that kind of board.

the fact that i know i should be owning these people just tilts me even further. the 2nd hand was more or less tilt against the villian, the board was scary but i really didnt see him having AK so i wasnt really scared.

i have to look at the cashier page because i graph my bankroll so that you all can point and laugh at the fact that i am breakeven for the last 5 months. i have around 25k hands since last september or something. you dont even want to see my lifetime graph. it sucks hard.
