what do you mean clen would f with your cardio? when i was on clen my head was so clouded that i skipped a few work outs just because i couldn't get myself off the couch. i definitely don't think i am the kind of person who should be on it.

Ephedrine makes your head itchy, fwiw. And, no, its not a less jazzed-up amphetamine. Its a totally different chemical, just used in the synthesis along with many other chemicals.
