i think you are being too pessimistic and lestat is being too optimistic.

a check call/check fold line here can be profitable at the right times vs the right opponent.

i could go on but needless to say it is extremely opponent dependent.

on the FIRST hand in a HU match vs. a new opponent, this is going to SD for me alot of the time for many reasons.
