I had great success in weight loss with ephedrine during high school, but I was sweating constantly and I could actually feel my heart beating faster. It was pretty crazy, and I was only taking half of the recommended dosage. Once I stopped taking it, the weight came back.
Fast forward to today. I have lost 40lbs (250 to 210) since August with the addition of green tea pills to my regiment. I highly recommend them. I have always regularly lifted and done cardio, but I stayed at the same weight for about 3 years. But with a few small diet changes and taking green tea pills 30 minutes before my workout, the weight just started coming off. I have not lost any of my strength either. P.M. me if you have any questions, or I can start a new thread if a bunch of people are interested. |

So I just chugeed a double espresso and took one of my ephedrine. I was a little worried since the exp. date on the ephedrine is 1996. But they're still good. Feels like I'm on low grade speed. Amazing how much difference combining the two makes. Time to do the housecleaning that I've been putting off for a month.
Well maybe I'll check out some porn first. |

i have previously taken clenbuterol and t3. both made me feel like crap. the clen made me a zombie, the t3 just made me ridiculously hyper. i'd do the t3 again, but i don't feel like having to do steroids again with it like i did last time.
how powerful is ephedrine in comparison to clen and t3 in terms of fat burning, and how does it make you feel, side effect wise? i could barely operate like a normal person on the clen. |

Ephedrine has a much lower half-life than Clenbuterol, so it's a more short-term thing.

by that do you mean that when you take ephedrine that the effects are felt for a much shorter period of time? i'm kind of confused by your statement.

[/ QUOTE ] By that I mean Ephedrine is broken down quicker and the effects are felt for a shorter period of time, yes. It is not as effective as Clenbuterol, targets and downgrades more receptors than Clenbuterol, but is also more readily available, cheaper, and also safer. |

how would you describe the way you feel on ephedrine? i'm going to give it a shot assuming it doesn't make you feel like hell.
