I am currently living with snowbank and he has been updating me on the events that have happened with the OP. I remember having a conversation with snowbank when he was relaying to me the frustration he felt after the OP wouldnt take any of his advice. Snowbank told him that he was under rolled and should move down from 1-2 which he was barely beating over a tiny sample size. Snowbank thought that he had the ability to be a solid winner at .25-.50 and told him that. The OP didnt listen and kept playing 1-2. When snowbank got back from vegas he informed me that the student who didnt listen to much of his br advice went busto.

and no i dont think that the OP deserves any of his money back. deposit online again and snowbank will def give u the lessons you guys agreed on.

This is a straight up lie, I swear I will post every single conversation we had on here. I use trillian instant messenger and I have logs of every conversation. Regardless do you think I was playing 1/2 when i hit 10 buy ins? No, I moved down.

Regardless if he wants to do the sessions with me or not, I want to sell my sessions to someone else and be done with this whole thing.

Of course I see you are sticking up for your friend, but

Does he always relay frustrations to you about students, or just now when all of this blew up? How was he frustrated about me not taking any advice if this conversation was 3 days ago? It is impossible for him 3 weeks ago to relay frustration about any of this if THIS JUST HAPPENED. How does he know I kept playing 1/2 if I hadnt talked to him in weeks(which I moved down anyway)? Last time we talked the session wasnt barely even about poker but pep talks and telling me to post/read more 2p2.

I admire you sticking up for your friend, but to me none of this adds up.

I'll post every chat I have with snowbank on a blog or something somewhere.

Just let me sell off my hours so I can be done with this.

Anyone who thinks it is OK and fair for Snowback to keep the money is out of their mind. It is ethically and moraly wrong, it should not even be a debate!

Also, Snowback charges an OBSCENE amount of money for SSNL coaching. Now, anyone who is dumb enough to pay this money, well that is your own fault. There are coaches you beat 3/6+ that charge $50 an hour, they can be found on sites mentioned and msnl (I have used 2 different peopl at this rate).

Also, ANY GOOD COACH is not going to give some half ass coaching over aim - do NOT settle for such a low quality when you are paying beyond top dollar (again, stupid). You want a coach who will sweat you or at least discuss hands over the phone or skype.

Lastly, the fact that like 9879079798 people have responded before Snowbank (who knows about this thread) seems to reflect even more on his overall 'mode of operation'.

I'm earglier awaiting Snowbank's defense to save his repuation as a coach. And if it is "he paid upfront!!@1ZOMG" than please do not even bother posting.

Taylor C - you're a class act.

Snowbank has always been a good guy having talked to him several times on AIM, my post was not meant to bash him or anything. But I can definitely relate to shultz's experience, the coaching was very mediocre for me. That really doesn't mean anything as far as if OP's money should be refunded however. I think if Snowbank wants to continue coaching it'd be in his best interest to refund the money.

Snowbank you have already tarnished your reputation. Right now I dont think it matters what you do, since you should have refunded the money a long time ago and now your already disliked by a lot of people. Your future buisness etc. will have decreased drastically and you have handled this very bad from a buisness stand point.

Mathhew Ryan- As for coaches who beat 3/6 that charge $50/hr meh..lets not exaggerate. You could find a much better coach for that amount of money, but ssnl players need to grind and study more before they pay a ridiculous amount for a coach. Especially if they have a small bankroll.

The real winners in this thread are card runners and 3-bet.net. Congrats!
