movies that have made you cry? (men only plz)

well, this isn't technically a movie, but I have it on DVD so I'm going to say the highlights of the 2004 Masters.

as Phil's walking off the 18th, his young daughter runs up to him and he picks her up and says, "Daddy won! Can you believe it??" that part really gets me. [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Some notables for me.

Forrest Gump: The part where he is talking to her at her grave.

Big Fish: The scene where they are in the bathtub together and the ending.

My life: When Keaton's dad shaves him. Holy [censored].

About Schmidt: The end with Jack and the letter.

Glory: Various parts.

Gladiator: The end when his friend buries the little statues and sdays he will meet again.

Barbarian Invasions: Ending up at the cabin.

Dad: Various parts.

To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday : Dont know if anyone has heard of this movie. The plot sounds kind of goofy, but I found it terribly sad.

Philadelphia: Ending in the hospital.

Nothing I've ever seen though made me cry more than the ending of the series finale of Six Feet Under. Wow.

yeah gump is a good call. and legends of the fall, particularly the WWI scenes, man that movie is so [censored] brutal and awesome.

one that just occured to me is Barfly, a movie a lot of you may have missed. there's this one scene where he's buying an old drunk a shot, and the guy's hand is shaking so bad he can't get it in his mouth. not crucial to plot details or anything, i'm not ruining the movie for you. but that scene just breaks my [censored] heart every time. what a good movie.

Homeward Bound - movie about dogs that talk. they get lost from their family and have this crazy adventure and one dies at the end, or like breaks its legs, or something, anyways. i cried.

Mighty Joe Young - crazy big gorilla gets brought from africa against its will to be shown to mad people and [censored]. then it escapes and causes some minor havoc, but saves a kids life before he (the gorilla) falls off a ferris wheel and dies. i cried.

Lion King - When Simba comes back and merks the evil dude, i forget his name. i cried.

My Dog Skip - the end where the dog dies (I have a jack russel terrier too so it's a bit more painful for me)

Hardball - when the little boy gets shot and they have a funeral for him.

United 93 - when they are showing the facts of 9/11 with the slow music....i bawled.

Jack Frost - where Michael Keaton is a snowman and he has to go because the now is melting and the boy asks him if he will ever see him again..... woo...i also bawled.

There are a couple Epidsodes of the West Wing that get to me too.

Also Lord of War when the brother gets killed.
