LegallyBlind asked me to explain my post over PM, I thought I'd write what I wrote him here:

Basically, there are certain situations in which it really doesnt matter what you have, and this is one of them. Sub is doing one of two things in this hand. He is raising to make you fold air/ pocket pairs<QQ, or he has a huge hand and wnats you to 3 bet shove/bluff. It is never anything else, that is all. For you to ask the forum is a bit silly imo, cause its hard to beleive anyone can understand what sub is doing better than someone at the table. Truth be told, I prob understood better than most because I am friends w/ jeff and I have a lot of experience playing vs him at 25/50 and 10/20. I talk a lot of poker with him as well, and I had a feeling that he was just min raising to induce a shove. I really didn't want to post that in the thread because I dont think there should be a thread that is essentially for dissecting a 2+2ers game like that. Not right imo.

A minraise is usually a big hand, because it NEVER gets respect. The only time you can minraise bluff, is when you know how your opponent will respond to it.

Once he minraises the flop, he has AK / AA / KK most of the time. You outplayed yourself in this hand.
