"Sometimes it also seems as though he assumes those people who disagree with him are stupid."

Assumes?

I think I'm actually pretty good at being clear of what I think is opinion and where I realize I could be wrong, and when I'm stating a position that I consider to be correct as per the word of God and only an idiot would disagree.

Another way to think of it is "it should be pretty clear when I'm kidding and when I'm not, and many people are not good at picking up on when I'm kidding".

The more my sense of humor and method of joking around has to be explained and discussed in this thread, the more the baby jesus dies.

Dids, don't defend yourself too much. Starting to look desperate, like me.

I still want that undertitle for pulling my avatar, PLEASE!

I think you're missing out on one key piece of data here: the vast majority of visitors to this site are lurkers or transients who spend little time here. You and I are among the stark minority of people who spend the balance of their online browsing experience at the 2+2 forums, and even then it took me several months to figure out your sense of humor. Sorry, but it does come off as cliquish or elitist or condescending at times.

I guess we all have our style and that's yours, but my point is that the casual 2+2 visitor is going to form their opinion based on a much smaller sample size than you may think.

Reason #14 of #300

It hasn't yet been fully stated but he is one of several mods who likes to abuse mod priviledges to post irrelevant [censored] into OOT. You know, what [censored] or NT would have banned outright were he not a mod. It's only #14 for a reason but it's still pretty annoying.

There are tons of non mods that enjoy that privilege as well.
