If I own a dance club and I say you have to wear a pink shirt to enter, this might be considered unreasonable by some, but if enough people thought this, I would go out of business.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, that's not what I was attempting to suggest. Just read my second post, the one right after the one you quoted. Road owners would have to have there roads accurately reflect driver's preferences in order to maximize profit. If that includes speeding cameras so be it. There is not anything inheritantly wrong with speeding cameras, especially if you're using them to make sure people are obeying the rules on your property and they have been informed of such.
