my ftp account got hacked

this happeend to me on Party a while back. although party was less responsive, their basic response was this.

they looked through the hand histories and determined that the guy who hacked in was "trying to play" his best by bluffing etc. so they said i get nothing back. this was despite the fact that someone from germany logged into my account (and their logs showed that)

if they look through the hand histories and determine that the money the other player won was not straight dumping, then they will not give you anything back.

im just trying to get you level headed because i think ultimately this will not end up great. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

This might be the only bright spot about all the cashout nonsense going on right now. DO NOT STOP before you can get someone at Full Tilt on the horn. PM/AIM anyone you know who knows some "FTP pros" who can get the attention of payment folks. No excuse this money should not be locked up ASAP and returned to you.

Ive sent out at least 5 emails to ftp , one with even a link to this thread and still no response. also boosted was kind enough to contact mike matusow for me, but all he said was contacting support.... im not sure what else to do.

I definitly would not talk to him or have anyone talk to him. Then he will know that you already know it was his account the money was dumped to. This is a good sign he still has money in the account.
