Bank of America Hates Legal Citizens (Especially if they play poker)

I think the point is that they are discriminating agasinst citizens. Why do I have to give my SSN? I don't want to. Other people don't have to. Why do I?

I do not like them too.So I made credit card which gives 0% APR for 6 months throgh referal site which gives me $40.
I balance transfered $10,000 to my saving account which gives me about 5.3%.I will make $300 off from them.It is small but better than nothing.It does not take much time.

Umm... you don't. Why do you say you do? Just because they ask for it does not mean you have to give it. At the college I went to they asked for it, heck many profs even posted test result by them! I refused to give it, they generated a different id to use for me in their systems. Same thing with my dl. When I went to get gas service they asked for it and at first refused service. When I refused to leave till they put that in writing, they gave me service. Once I had to fix some software installed at a DoE nuclear site. They asked for it. I refused. They had guns put to my head, I refused again. They asked if I was trying to pull something funny. I responded, 'If I was I would have just given you a fake one and not caused a scene'. They gave me and each other a real weird look and let me through.

Moral, Just because someone asks for something does not mean you have to answer.

So you're telling me anyone US or non US could could get a credit card with no ssn in the past, and can still get a cc with no ssn today.

Where does the know your customer patriot act stuff come into play then?

I am a huge hater of Bank of America.

This is the first decent thing they've done, that I'm aware of.
