It's already been said a few times in this thread that Stars is picking up the 4% fee (for withdrawals).

I think it would be more appropriate for them to tell the beta-testers that that is indeed what they are.

If there's any doubt or debate about this new system then Stars should let their customers know that they are indeed 'money transfer test-dummies'.

since they felt it appropriate to have beta-testing on it there naturally must be SOME doubt in their minds.
