Their livechat said they are not taking calls since they are too busy. I hung up after ~1 hour.
They also said that if you used Neteller they will send the check in 5-12 days per their FAQ. Who knows it if it true, or if they are going to lie like Neteller. |

I was just on live chat with their support. I asked for someone in accounting, and they transferred me. I then asked to make a check withdrawal via Fedex, and pay the fee with my points rather than the $30. About 30 seconds passed and he said, "done, is there anything else i can help you with?". My account balance was $0 and hopefully everything is taken care of.
