thursday night- go to sleep at ~5am/wake up ~4pm
...repeat through sunday sunday night- stay up through monday, go to classes, go to sleep~ 7pm ...repeat til thursday |

I used to have a really [censored] up sleep schedule last year...
it composed of 2 naps pretty much. I'd wake up at 4a.m. in the morning. Stay up until about 12 in the afternoon when all my classes were done. I'd take a nap and sleep until about 4-5p.m. I stayed up until about 12 a.m. and slept again until 4 in the morning. I was really [censored] up and it continued for about a week. then i fixed it by staying up like 20something hours on a friday. |

lol doug. I usually do 1:30am to 6:30am on weeknights.
This uberman sleep schedule seems nice, but I'm wondering if it'd be possible to maintain it in college. I can't really skip classes too much, and I'm in a weird school where we have schedules similar to high school (1-hour classes, about 4-5 classes a day). I'll have to look into it. |

I have been in an awful pattern lately. Some days I stay up 24 hours or more playing poker and it messes everything up. I slept from 9 AM to 930 PM today. I wake up and everyone else is going to bed.

Do I get any sort of prize for having 2 different sleep schedules in a week? Tues/Thurs get up 9:30 for classes. Fri-Mon get up between noon and 4pm depending on what I did the day before aka how late I got back from playing live. Wednesday is a wildcard, I have a class at 4pm and I usually wake up around noon, but sometimes earlier, sometimes later.

There have been weeks when one night Im going to bed at the same time I have to wake up the next day.... it sucks. |

Mine is completely messed up because I have class from 4PM-9PM right now.
Yesterday I went to sleep at 9AM and woke up at 3:30PM. Yes, I have to set my alarm to wake up at 3:30... I think I'm going to stay up until 9-10PM tomorrow night to get it back to normal. |

Junior and Senior years of college I finally figured out how to live a schedule that allowed me to have fun and study.
7am wake up 8am - noon classes noon - 1pm lunch 1pm - 5pm sleep. 6pm - 1am dinner, screw around 1am - 4am study after everyone went to bed 4am - 7am sleep. Got around 7 hrs of sleep a day and had time to study in peace. Didn't your parents ever tell you nothing good ever happens between 1pm and 5pm? After college I got into the bed at sunrise wake at sunset sleep schedule to match my buddies in the service industry. That was screwed up. |
