Total BS, they are holding my cashout of $900 to "find me an alternate method of withdrawal" after I told them I could simply withdraw to click2pay (and then deposit on UB and request a check from UB).

Andre: Hi there
Andre: When did you request a withdrawal?
You: february 8th
Andre: Are you referring to your withdrawal of $900.00?
Andre: Alrigth, we were informed that the withdrawals were being rejected by the USA banks and that we are now unable to process via ACH back to our players.
Andre: However, the Casino bank are busy following up on alternative withdrawal methods for all of out players.
Andre: Once we have receive feed back, we will notify all players on our new withdrawal methods.
Andre: Anything else I could help you with?
You: So... where is my money? Can you put it back in my account so I can withdraw it through click2pay?
Andre: Unfortantely, we will not be able to process your withdrawal at this moment, until we received feed back from our Casino bank, however, you withdrawal is with the casino bank and it is not going anywhere, Daniel.
You: ...so when will i get my money back
Andre: We are still waiting for feed back, in terms of alternative withdrawal methods for all of our players and to be honest with you, I cannot say when exactly we will receive feed back, Daniel.
You: Why do you need feed back in terms of alternate methods when I have an alternate method I can use, click2pay. Why would you possibly need to hold my money for me?
Andre: We were informed that the withdrawals were being rejected by the USA banks and that we are now unable to process via ACH or any withdrawal methods available at this moment, back to our players.
Andre: Anything else I could help you with?
You: Yes, I understand that, I've talked to several support people about it before. However, you have my 900 and do not need to find me some alternate withdrawal method, as I already have an alternate withdrawal method, click2pay. So why are you holding my money?
Andre: Unfortantely, we cannot process your withdrawal at all, we are still waiting for feed back on alternative withdrawal methods and due to the new law being implemented in USA, there are restrictions that we have to follow, Daniel.
Andre: I aplogize for the inconvenience and elay, however, we are still waiting feed back.

I received this email this morning in regards to the $400 Trident owes me:

Thank you for your email.

I apologize for any frustration you might be experiencing.

The current or previous methods that were available to USA players to make withdrawals are unavailable and do not support us any longer after the new legislation that was passed by the US government last year.

Our casino bank will update all our players as soon as a suitable and reliable withdrawal method has been made available; we should know what is happening by the end of next week.

Thank you for playing with us and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

If there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,
Sean

My Ecocard experience so far:

I chatted with battlefield on 2/3,and they said Ecocard was the best way to put $ on. So I went to their site and registered a login name and pw and verified it. Didn't do anything else then but look around the site.

Found on this forum a few days latter that Eco had stopped taking new US members. Thought I was out of luck, but remembered that I had registered even though I didn't set up a money account. Went back and registered my bank account but couldn't figure out how to deposit into Eco. Went back a few days latter and, after calling my bank and a number at Fortis bank in Germany that uses German as the language on their answering program, I think I have it figured out, but I'm not sure.

I have to wire money from my bank to the bank account under the Fortis bank section on the Ecocard site. It costs $35 to do that. The Ecocard site talks about how cheap it is to use their service, so I didn't expect that this was how you did it. I don't know what happens after I wire money to the account. Am I on the right track?

Also, to everybody who is having trouble getting money out of Prima: Has anyone thought about opening up a Canadian or Mexican bank account to use at Prima. I know there have been posts about doing this so Party could be an option again, but in that case you still have the problem of setting up a foriegn, pseudo residence and disguising ISPs. But with Prima you don't have those problems.

I cashed out my BattleField balance on EcoCard and it worked fine. They did tell me that you can only use ECoCard if the account was opened after 2/6, but Im not totally sure thats correct. I have a friend who opened his a day or 2 after that and it works.

I called my bank to get my swift code to setup my ecocard account and my bank had no idea what a swift code is. Any idea on how to get it?

How long did your cashout take? I initiated mine to EcoCard about 40 hours ago, and it hasn't even begun processing.
