Yep, my ACH was canceled:
Nobuo: Hello, how may I help you today? you: Hello, I am a US customer with a ACH withdrawal pending...I would like to check on its status Nobuo: unfortunately our money processor was unable to process ach and your fund will be reversed into your account in 1-2 days you: are there any other withdrawal options?? Nobuo: do you have click2pay or ecocard account? you: i believe i have an ecocard account, i have never used it tho Nobuo: we are working hard to come up with new method of the payment. hopefully ach comes back next week. we apologize for the inconvenience you: is it possible to transfer funds to another player? Nobuo: unfortunately you: would it be possible to set up a transfer of funds to another player at some point? Nobuo: unfortunately not Nobuo: all the accounts are independent to each other you: so if i am unable to transfer thru ecocard, my money may be permanently stuck in Battlefield? Nobuo: we are currently working to provide alternative method of payment you: ok i guess you: please return the funds to my account ASAP so i can try ecocard Nobuo: i will request our accounting department to return the fund asap you: ok |

I have not received my money back, and Battlefield is again that they are not sure whether or not my ACH has been canceled. This is despite the fact that they said it had just 6 hours ago. This is quite disturbing... |

Dear LFD,
As you are aware, due to the current legislation within the USA, we are having great difficulty paying our United States players their balance of account. This is an unfortunate situation one which we do not have any control over. I would firstly like to reiterate to you that the balance within your casino account is safe. The balance will remain there for you until we can find a method of payment for you. Unfortunately, at present, Checks and ACH are also not an option. However, we are continually trying to find new avenues to make payments back to our US players. We understand that if you have an existing Ecocard or Click2Pay account then we can use that account to make a payment to you. I understand how frustrating and how much inconvenience this is causing you but please understand that it is not Casino Action making these changes to payment options but the financial institutions themselves. |

Total BS, they are holding my cashout of $900 to "find me an alternate method of withdrawal" after I told them I could simply withdraw to click2pay (and then deposit on UB and request a check from UB).

Can you put it back in my account so I can withdraw it through click2pay? Andre: Unfortantely, we will not be able to process your withdrawal at this moment, until we received feed back from our Casino bank, however, you withdrawal is with the casino bank and it is not going anywhere, Daniel. You: ...so when will i get my money back Andre: We are still waiting for feed back, in terms of alternative withdrawal methods for all of our players and to be honest with you, I cannot say when exactly we will receive feed back, Daniel. You: Why do you need feed back in terms of alternate methods when I have an alternate method I can use, click2pay. Why would you possibly need to hold my money for me? Andre: We were informed that the withdrawals were being rejected by the USA banks and that we are now unable to process via ACH or any withdrawal methods available at this moment, back to our players. Andre: Anything else I could help you with? You: Yes, I understand that, I've talked to several support people about it before. However, you have my 900 and do not need to find me some alternate withdrawal method, as I already have an alternate withdrawal method, click2pay. So why are you holding my money? Andre: Unfortantely, we cannot process your withdrawal at all, we are still waiting for feed back on alternative withdrawal methods and due to the new law being implemented in USA, there are restrictions that we have to follow, Daniel. Call your bank and get their SWIFT number. The only other number you need is your account number.
