my sleep schedule is way out of whack and my weekends typically involve drinking until 6am which doesnt help me wake up for 11:00 classes on monday.
recommend me an inexpensive over-the-counter sleeping medication. |

Go to a health store or whatever, lots of places carry this stuff.
But get melatonin/B6 pills, its a herbal solution and works extremely well. |

It's kinda bizarre actually, as there are upwards of 20 different products selling the same exact thing in the same dose. If that doesn't work, try the dramamine. If dramamine doesn't work, take tylenol PM washed down with a shot of alcohol. |
