epassporte bank withdrawal

We made withdrawals on the exact same days. I contacted epassporte this morning and they said there was a 'glitch in the system' and that it should be a couple more days. Not particularly reassuring at this point.

still no withdrawal from epassporte, do not trust them, they are not answering phone calls, or emails. I have tried over 20 times via phone and sent over 10 emails since 1/12 the date of my cashout. Not a word from them.

They are ridiculous and a joke compared to neteller's prompt service.

I made a deposit to epassporte from my bank acct. It's left my bank but not showing up in my acct.

Anyone have similar exp?

I am in the same boat. My PNC bank has been charged $102.00, but my Epassporte account is $0.00. About 4 days have passed since I have been charged, another 4 till I start making phone calls.

I signed up with ePass on the Jan. 18th and just got my two microdeposits now. I went to their website and verified my account. I haven't yet decided to load my account because I am still unsure about everything that is being posted here. Anybody have any encouraging advice to perhaps load my account with some funds and see how it goes? Please help.!

More unbelievable is right after I read your post, I checked and both of mine just hit as well. They must have had some kind of log jam that just cleared up. 10 day wait on my 1st, 9 days on my second. I have a 3rd that I made on the 31st that I'm still waiting for. I have a feeling that the waiting time is about to get worse as all these guys complete the verification process. I just happened to start mine about a week before the neteller thing by coincidence, so I was in early. Hope I'm wrong and it doesn't make a difference.
