Neteller Still holding onto funds?

Read up on some swedish forums, the ones i saw had withdrawn had recieved their money with some deleys.

I myself made a smaller withdrawel that was processed yesterday and been told funds will be in my bank account sometime by the end of next week. Hopefully it will go smoothly.

A question, funds that has been deposit into pokerrooms are they safe regardless what happens with NE. Pratical example, lets say i have around 10K at partypoker. If something would happen to NE (note that i am pretty sure everything will be fine, yes moving out of the us is of course a big blow but i would guess with the amount of money handled by NE every year, even though losing up to 70% it is still alot of money they will handle and will still be a profitable company, although not like before) But alright lets say you have 10K at partypoker and NE goes down. Would these money be "safe", ie could i just use alternatvie withdrawel option ( i can already withdraw to my visa from their) In reailty what i am asking is, when i make a deposit into a pokerroom is it then the pokerroom holding my money, or is it in some way still Neteller?
