I don't know how applicable this is anymore since it was a week ago, but I asked Stars if it would be ok to withdraw the amount I deposited from Neteller immediately without play because I was worried with the recent legislations, and I was also willing to pay for any charges they incurred. They said sure, in case anyone is interested here's the exchange.

Sure, you can request your cashout through the "Cashier" box. In order for
you to do that, we need to block your NETeller account in our system.

I have forwarded your email to the corresponding department for further

The above limits apply to the combined totals using all of the purchase methods listed above.

Your new NETeller deposit limits are:

$10,000 per day
$20,000 per 7 days
$50,000 per 30 days

NETeller deposit limits are separate and are not combined with Visa, MasterCard, ePassporte, Diner's Club, CentralCoin, Switch, Maestro and Solo purchases.
