Actually it would make sense that they would keep the 'lines' open and flowing smoothly for customers who will continue to use Neteller's services on a regular basis. I guess, anyway.

I had a $5k one from 1/15 that has been saying accepted but no money in my bank. It just changed to cancelled, meaning I can get it out by atm. A good day! Funny thing is I tried 5 days ago to cancel it and was told I couldn't because it had already been submited to thier processor. So clearly this one got returned.

Hopefully the rest will cancel tommarow.

Btw, I at least scanned the whole thread, is it correct that no one from the US who withdrew after 1/17 has had a penny deposited into their bank account?

Wow I certainly didn't request it but 4 $5k EFTs that I made on Jan 16th had been showing as "accepted" for several days are all showing as "declined" now and the money is back in my Neteller account.

I've read all the posts on this forum, and no one from the 15th and onward in the USA has had their withdrawals reach their bank.

untrue i think, adanthar has reported success on withdrawals made the 17th i believe (I am assuming he is US, but might not be). other than that though i agree with you.

Took this from the FAQ at www.updates.neteller.com --- is this new or was that already there? I don't remember.


Does this change affect withdrawals with NETELLER?

At this time, our ability to provide US members with withdrawals is significantly reduced due to circumstances outside of our control. We are working to resolve all withdrawal issues, but in the meantime we continue to maintain these funds in trust on your behalf until we can clear the backlog.
