TF,

Before you get your cheers and jollies from what you believe to be the end of poker... you should probably realize one thing. Alot of those "set miners" that yo uare referring to have made alot of money in the time that online poker was aroud whereas you probably lost alot, that's what matters here. I'm 21 and even if today were the end of online poker I still have made more money than 99% of kids my age so pointing and laughing really seems ignorant. Also, online poker is going to still be sticking around one way or another, a multi billion dollar industry doesnt just fold up and disappear like that over night. Worst comes to worst, we could always just go to the brick and mortar casinos to take your money.

And now I am off to Ocean's 11 for some rolicking good fun playing $2/$2 $80 buyin.

[/ QUOTE ]

Let us know how it goes, I havent played at oceans 11 yet. I dont know how loose that game is, but if you havent tried Hawaiian Gardens yet that place is crazy loose.

You mentioned e-rooms...have you tried the e-room at hollywood park? No tipping, 1/2 blinds 50min 100max buyin, so 50bb to start unlike some of the other rooms where $100 buy in is 2/3 blinds. If you're patient and play decent push/fold (sng style) poker you can quadruple up.

Probably going to try hollywood park tonight. GL

Man, tuff, you really are bitter.
How many times can you repeat the same mantra?
You are not very good at poker, why is this the fault of a better players

No kidding. Those of you who can't seem to see the relevance of Tuff's post need to shut the [censored] up.

[/ QUOTE ]

You're a [censored] moron. TF isn't your average fish because he sought out strategy resources and tried to get better. How many donks do you think know what a 'hudbot' is? You seriously think it's our fault that the games are drying up? If we weren't 12-tabling on autopilot, are you saying those donks wouldn't have busted? lol.

[/ QUOTE ]

Donks don't like losing to automotons who don't give action and don't chat. Doesn't matter if they sought out resources or not. Not saying everyone here is like that, but that's his point.

[/ QUOTE ]do you guys really believe that fish are more or less likely to play online poker due to the amount one opponent types in the chat box? That just seems rather silly to me, yet many people have said that in the thread.

i've seen MANY posters ask Tuff to comment on the fact that in one of his videos he is:

- multi-tabling
- using PAHUD
- letting his clock run to almost zero (he hates waiting on all the multi-tablers who take too long).

Tuff has yet to answer any of the Q's about this to my knowledge.

He complains about multi-tabling and HUD-bots wasting everybody's time by taking too long.
Yet he has done the exact same thing (worse actually, since many 8+ tablers act quicker than most players).

Where did all these haters come from? I've been making fun of Tuff_Fish for months because I know he is a pathetic, annoying, and bitter old man and a lot of people got pissed at me for it, but now everyone is jumping on the [censored] tuff fish bandwagon. Screw you guys.

[/ QUOTE ]

Annoying I will give you. Pathetic? Bitter? No way.

I am finding a bit of amusement at the wails of anguish coming from the 10 tabling fishminers, but I suppose that is being uncharitable.

The resourceful amongst you will find a way to survive. If they really want to pursue poker as a livelyhood. The rest will, gasp, have to get a job.

Cheers,

Jolly Tuff

So if you happen to be good enough to earn a living you are scum, otherwise you are okay with poker players, am I right?

[/ QUOTE ]
No. I'm saying the choice to be a poker pro while doing nothing else with your life says a lot about your character. It has nothing to do with whether you win or lose, or how much.

Anyway, I was responding to the person that said this is "the same as losing a job", so we should have some sympathy. Not trying to hate on pros, just pointing out that the comparison is laughable. It was a free ride, and now it's gone. Cry me a river.

[/ QUOTE ]

why was it a "free ride" any more than a normal job? And of course if you do nothing else with your life other than poker you probably don't have high character, but again I could say that about most jobs so I don't see your point.

His post was made for one reason and one reason only, to laugh in the face of people who are going through a rough time. You don't kick a man while he's down. He's a sad excuse for a human being.

[/ QUOTE ]

And how many of you laughed til you cried at me when I was having a tough time?

Those videos were never meant for the jollyfication of 2+2.

So, life giving you lemons? Make lemonade. There is probably an upside here somewhere. I personally hope this jumpstarts e-poker rooms of some sort. Plenty of hands but no slowplaying setmining multitabling.

Tuff

[/ QUOTE ]

What were the videos made for?

Did you intend for the public to be able to view them?

Do you not see the humor in them and why some people would find them funny?
