I just signed up for epass this morning, filled out the first screen with username/address info. Took me to the sign in screen, and I get a message that it's an invalid user id or password. I confirm on the site my username is valid, reset password, they send me a new one, I enter it, same "invalid user name or password" message.

Anyone had this experience? Their CS line is busy. I've email, but expect a reply roughly by March.

I'm in the same boat, but I was able to get completely signed up, get my bank account verified, attempt to deposit $300, wait about a week, find that my bank account was blocked (because it's a savings?) and now my user ID is not found. Then the next day, the user ID is found, but my password don't work and I don't remember my security question

Of course I've sent multiple emails to CS with exactly zero responses.

Call them. You have to wait a while to get through but CS should be able to help you. I recently re-activated a dormant account and had all manner of access problems due to forgotten passwords and the like. I had to call the support line several times; each time I had to wait in queue for a bit but always got the help that I needed.

I just created and tried to deposit into a new epassporte account, and the transaction was rejected. I called up my bank and the low level customer support said that epassporte is considered linked to gambling and there is nothing they can do to allow my funds into their site. I then was transfered to a manager, he asked me a few questions, and within minutes he cleared my account to allow deposits without a problem. He told me that epassporte was on a restricted/questionable list but was able to clear it up no problem. Also, I deposited using my debit card if that matters. I guess if your having problems you just have to call up your bank.

Did you tell the bank that it was for gambling? or did you just tell him that you wanted to use a prepaid VISA? OR did he not even ask what you needed epassporte for?

The origanl customer service agent actually asked me if I was using it for gambling. I politly told her that I wanted to deposit funds into epassporte for my own reason. Thats when I was transfered to the manager. Money is in the account and I have no problem. Funny though that my bank at least is already watching epassporte and who knows what else they are doing.

If anyone is approached with this situation, just tell customer service that you want to buy a whole bunch of pornos and they have a deal where you get 1 free for every 10 you purchase at normal price. But she shouldn't worry because you won't get any that have guys or children in them. So it's all legal.

I'm sure it's been pointed out in other threads but eventually this is going to get MORE difficult for them to police. 5 years ago almost no payments were done online. How soon before it's the majority? Any time they try to figure a way to stop one way, something else will pop up. Within a month people will set up not only middlemen bank institutions but middlemen vendors that also move money along to poker sites. Someone could even set up peer to peer money transfers.
