When I was unable to use my ePassPorte virtual visa to deposit to any site that took Visa, I talked to customer support and they said that they were based out of the USA, so they had to follow the USA VISA restrictions... ? [/ QUOTE ] Customer support is based out of the USA. The company isn't. I'm pissed at myself right now. I closed my ePassporte account on MONDAY because I hadn't used it since Party shut off US players. I assumed Neteler was fine and didn't want to get charged my $35 annual fee next month. Poop. |

well i haven't redeposited into my ePassPorte since I used it over a year ago.. if they aren't USA based, I wonder why they follow the "no gaming transactions" rule? weird.
Only site I know of that uses them for poker is Absolute. |

Also they are not issuing checks at the moment. I think the only way to cashout right now is by signing up through a different e-wallet. I personally am just leaving all my money where it is and waiting until this mess gets sorted out. I really don't see any need to try to withdraw anything right now. Also, I'm sure most of Full Tilt's customers are from the US, as well as most of their pros. I'm sure they will get something figured out soon. For now I will just continue playing like normal. |

Anyone ever notice that using the cash transfer option for Full Tilt send money to a bank in Nicaragua? Didn't know that. [/ QUOTE ] I used this back in December. The fee was $10 on a $250 MoneyGram sent and from the time I got home to enter my confirmation number, it took probably about 10-15 minutes for them to credit my account. Probably not feasible if you're moving five figures of money, but perfectly acceptable for micro-stakes and recreational players. |

the epassporte visas are issued from banks in the West Indes, not America
However I would not want to be an employee at their customer service center in California |

[/ QUOTE ] I can use epass at Tilt and AP for dep/withd but UB won't accept withdrawals by epass yet, only deposits. Once again UB comes up short in customer service. AP thinks ahead and plans for the future. UB customer service comes up short again. |
