Default Neteller Initial Withdrawal Solution?

I did a brief search, but didn't find much on this situation...

I just deposited some cash into Stars about amonth ago. I never made a withdrawal yet. But to cash out from Stars, the initial amount of my deposit must be deposited back to Neteller. But Neteller won't take cashouts anymore.

Anyone have a solution for this, or am I f'd?

E-mail them to block your neteller, or just wait a day or two and it should be done automatically.

Thanks, I did check the FAQs earlier, but apparently I missed the section on blocking the account or having the transaction rejected if you attempt to transfer.
